Has anybody experienced problems with the bolt and large threaded cup on Hotpoint bearing removal kits?
We are having problems the the threads being less than robust, even when using copper grease.

Only if the split collets scratch against the threads as you tighten them up!

(As stated by me on previous posts in the past on the subject, I only use them to fit the new bearings and NEVER to remove the old ones. As the whole system is expensive useless rubbish in removing bearings anyway 🙄 )
