When I turn my dishwasher on it appears to start up. A bleep can then be heard. If you then open the dishwasher the LED on the left hand side is flashing quickly. Does any one know what this error message means?
I would be very grateful for any help.

If light No: 1 is flashing that suggests a flooded base. This can be caused by internal leaks or by an overflow due to oversoaping, oversoaping is often caused by using 3 in 1, 4 in 1 or 5 in 1 tablets.
you need to drag the machine out, unplug from the mains and after placing a few towels on the floor tilt the machine to one side. If water flows out from underneath then after it had drained away you can retry the machine.If it fails again quite quickly you will have an internal leak that needs investigation.
