    Hi Folks

Has any one got the fault codes for above d/washer as they don’t seem to be listed in the “fault codes” post.. or am I missing them?

The machine has 7 lights but the program makings have either been cleaned or worn off.. fault lights were 4+5 (from left).. I assume this was somthing to do with circ pump as found this jammed with plastic fron the cutlery basket.. unjamming pump cleared fault but would be nice to know codes for futher ref if anyone has them..

Also how do I reset prog on this machine as cust had lost instruct book.. tried holding down start button and this seemed to work after a fashion as machine beeped and all lights went out but I had a job reselecting a program after and it left machine full of water.. was a pain trying to select something to drain off water..

Have Hotpoint modified cutlery basket for this model as original was a cheap brittle plastic so was breaking up when cust threw knives and forks in.. or is there an alternative?

    Thanks

Codes are there, page #2 post by lotusray, edited by me, 8) 4+5 is drain time out, best check the drain pump as well.

There used to be two baskets available for the earlier Hotpoint dishwasher in the days BI (Before Indesit 😥 ) a basic one and a seriously expensive, de luxe model. This is an Indesit machine, so there doesn’t appear to be an alternative unless you source one from a different manfacturer, not sure if that would fit in the lower basket though.

To cancel selected programme, press and hold P until you get three beeps.

    Thanks Iadom

Did mean Prog button not start button but there could be a prob with button as didn’t work all time and had job selecting after.. didnt check drain pump as this seemed to work ok after unblocking circ pump.. but will wait for the recall then… 😉
