At switch on it cold fills but does not stop cold filling when it should so the water pours out from the base of the door. Thought it was food particles in sump blocking pressure switch port so cleaned out and was OK for about 8 washes then it flooded again. This time sump was clean. Pressure switch appears to click over every time pressure is applied and switch contacts change over as they should when checked with a meter. Dishwasher is 4 years old but hasn’t been used a lot.

It can only really be pressure switch related. Either the pressure sensor is fault or the path to it blocked, I don’t think there’s much els fit can be unless someone knows otherwise.
