Hi
This machine stops with the Normal wash light flashing after about 10 mins
When I tested it, it all worked fine and I couldn’t find a fault. After I left she phoned me to tell me that it had happened again
The heater does work & if you switch it off & reset it, it will start filling again with no problems.

Any help very much appreciated

depends which light is flashing?, the 4 on that model are Heavy, Daily, Rapid & Soak, it sounds like it will be the 2nd, (daily) most likely cause will be heater earth fault, will fill & may start to heat but the module thinks the earth fault is a broken valve!!
