Hotpoint BFI62 fault

Got a 23 month old hointpoint intigrated dishwasher. It now runs for approx 20 seconds when any program is selected, then beeps and shuts down shortly after. Opening door shows flashing daily cycle led which according to manual is a technical fault. Also there is no sign of any water being in the washing compartment, although there is deffinatly the sound of water entering the machine. I have checked water supply and filters, also checked drain hose and drain pump for blockages. Level switch also seems to operate ok. Any ideas?

If your serial number label has bit 100 on/in (side of door)it it would suggest a problem with the water inlet system. This could be one of many things. You can hear that the water is coming in. I suggest Repairs@ for an engineer to diagnose this one. Unplug power if you are going to have a look yourself :zap:
