Hotpoint BFI620 broken… please help

My hotpoint BFI620(which after reading all the other posts i now realise is a lump of junk) is flashing lights
from the left its the FIRST and THIRD green LEDs
i have searched the other forum posts on this and it looks like im the only one with this led combination!
anyone help??

Yep, its really an Indesit. 😥

1+3 suggests blocked filters. you could try removing and cleaning all the filters etc that you can access from insde the tub. Then try it on a cycle with a dishwasher cleaner on the hottest setting. Fault is caused by failing to rinse the dishes properly before loading into machine.

If it is really bad then a strip down is required to clean the internal hoses etc.

thanks jim,
cleared out the filters and it has spluttered into life!
will get a cleaner and run that through it too
next time i am definatly buying Bosch

Regardless of what make you buy it will always perform better if you take the time to rinse the plates off first.

As we often say here, “its a dishwasher, not a waste disposal unit”. 😉
