    I have a Hotpoint BFI620 that stops mid cycle on all cycles except rinse. On stopping, the eco light (4th from left) flashes repeatedly.

    Does anyone have any idea what’s wrong?

    Classic Indesit fault., not heating, heating element or control PCB are the most likely culprits.

    If you use the search facility and enter ‘Indesit AND not AND heating’ in exactly that format without the quotes you will get plenty of bedtime reading, don’t have nightmares. 😉
