Hotpoint BFI68 Both Hinges Come Off Door

Hi All,

I have a integrated Hotpoint BFI68 which last night decided when I opened the door it was going to pop out of it’s hinges at each side (see below).

My thinking is the hinge ‘hook’ needs to somehow be pulled out, and the door shut at the same time so it can hook back onto the side of the door, but for the life of me I can’t do it.

I’m going to take the wood beaneath the door out, and detach it from the worktop so I can work on it, but any tips?
