    Hello

My dishwasher is displaying the above error codes 🙁 which I believe (according to my google research!) is something to do with the heater……my question is, how do we fix it without expensive call out charges!!!?

    Many thanks

If you mean you have lights 5+7 flashing then the fault is in the heater circuit.

It could be heating element, connections, module, relay or pressure switch.

You need to unplug and drag the machine out and then test the heating element for resistance and continuity with a megger or suitable multimeter.

If the heater is OK then its 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} certain the control PCB is faulty.

Oh dear, as I have no idea what a megger or suitable multimeter is, I guess I best call someone out!?

The heating element is around £38 +vat, the control module about £60 + vat and there are two different modules.

Bottom line is that this is not a Hotpoint but a rebadged, low end Indesit appliance. 😥
