    My daughter has a problem with her Hotpoint BHWD 129 Washer Dryer. At the end of the cycle the End light comes on but the Lock light remains on and the door won’t open. If she turns the power off she can open the door manually by pulling the plastic tab at the bottom and operating the door handle.

    Sometimes when the cycle finishes the Lock light flashes on and off and the interlock clicks. I assumed this was a faulty interlock and replaced it, but that didn’t make any difference.

    Any ideas what could be causing this?
