Anyone know the difference between 1605550 and 1605335 there listed seperately for wf and wt but I cant see any difference. For the second time I’v just fitted a 1605550 (gsk9197) to a wt960 where a 1605335 is listed seems a perfect fit. Not had any problems.

Jim’s your man on the subject but my guess is one fits a welded drum the other a split drum maybe?

I may be wrong, but on the higher spin models aren’t there drain holes all the way round the door seal rather than just at the bottom??

I had a FEW12 that had a welded tub with a WMA front panel. Tried a WF seal and WMA but neither fitted. Customer in the end was happy with me cleaning and refiting. FEW I thought. That was a crap pun wasn’t it.

    😕

Hmm, not had cause to order or use a 1605335 yet. Fit loads of 1605550 ones though.

May order one just to compare them. 🙂

I checked the boots carefully and could not see any difference at all and as I said fitted perfectly.

    Re: hotpoint boots

Just got hold of a 1605335 this afternoon.

It does say 7kg on the inside of the small locating flap and on the outer edge it has EPDM which the 1605550 doesn’t but if I line it up against a 1605550 I can see no difference at all. :con:
