The oven overheated and now there’s no power to the main oven fan or element. I’ve replaced both element and fan! The oven behaves as if it’s in “auto” mode but it certainly isn’t.

Is there an internal fuse or thermal cutout on the main oven for the BU82?

    Thanks in advance,

    Simon

If the oven did ‘overheat’ then it would suggest the oven thermostat was faulty. This could prevent the fan and element from working. The same fault can also be caused by a faulty door micro switch.
