Hi I have fixed my machine countless times in the last 7-8 years but this one is beyond me. There are ‘solid lights in 4,5,6,7 & 8 as well as solid door light. On/off button does not respond. Holding start to reset doesnt respond and switching off at mains does release door lock after brief period but switching back on lights are still there and door relocks again after a period.

    Thanks in advance
    Darren

Hard to say, not an error code so very likely to be a main board failure. 🙁

Hi thanks for the quick reply. So if i buy a main board will it need a professional to change software or work out of the box?

At eight years old it would be a total waste of money, pcb has to be programmed first. You could send the pcb off to EMW who will test and if needed repair it.

Hi just another thought. Because the lights aren’t flashing eg error code could it just be the display pcb that has failed?
