Hotpoint BWD129 error codes please

I went to a Hotpoint WD model BWD129. On startup, any program, it would think about it for a few seconds then come up with flashing LEDs on 1, 2 and 4, (from the top, right hand row) These are Delay Start, Super Wash, and 1200/600. Plus the Start button flashing as well.
Nothing would change this, neither On/Off or Start buttons. Also the pump was running, plus the Dryer fan motor (no heat however).
EMW sent me a recon PCB (my natural assumption, since it was a Hotpoint, was it was the PCB had lost its marbles) The new PCB gave the same faults. Very embarrassing!
After a forum search I note that these flashing LEDs are a code for a specific fault.
Please can someone give me the indicated fault for the above flashing sequence or better still a table of faults related to the LED flashes.

OK, that would indicate F13 = dryer ntc/ fan motor
Fan motor is spinning all the time, so that is OK. What should the resistance value of the NTC be roughly, at room temp?

Manual doesn’t give dryer ntc values but they are the same/similar to the wash ntc.

Can be weak wiring connections or blocked condenser or even the pcb. 🙁

loads of problems with dryer ntc,s If it has a black one fitted change it as the new ones are white in colour

Had one recently with the same problem, new NTC cured it.

Be careful some models don’t like the white ntc & give issues with pump pulsing.
Keep the black ntc & white ntc to hand.
