    Hi,

I have the above model which flashes all lights when it decides it’s going no further. I have tried a few different washes to see if it is a balance problem and to diagnose what is happening.
It starts the wash cycle fine with a few slow spins as it fills up. Then in the middle of the wash it doesn’t spin though it makes a sound as if the motor is trying to spin it. After it has finished the wash and should go to the rinse (cycle stage can be seen by display lights) it seems to completely bypass the rinse stage, spin stage and the drying light comes on (even when drying function was not selected) and then it all lights up and just stops right there.
The water seems to drain ok and the pump filter is empty but the clothes inside are completely soaked where they haven’t been spun.
Does anyone have an idea what this might be – I fear it may be a fault with the electrics board as my young daughter has a habit of playing with the buttons?
    Thanks

    Hi Rutters
your BHWD129 is displaying an error code. my first guess is F04 (pressure switch stuck on empty) as you said the dryer light came on. If you can tell which of the following lights are on (not flashing) when it errors I can give you the correct error code.
    rinse light. on or off
    spin light. on or off
    dryer light. on or off
    end light. on or off
    lock light on or off

ignore the flashing lights across the top of the display its the lights down the right hand side that show the error code

    Or look HERE . 😉

PS. It is as stated above BHWD not a BWHD, but you ignore the flashing lights along the bottom, not the top.
