Do you mean the inner drum support spider or the main bearing support spider?
If the bearings have gone then they can be removed from the spider and replaced.
If it is very badly worn then the drum shaft may be goosed. It has a sealed drum so drum support shaft repair is not possible, new tub assy required.
Different spiders and bearing sizes as well.
