Hotpoint BWM12 Gasket Rear Clamp

Can anyone tell me how to refit the rear sprung ring to hold the door gasket securly in place.
It is like a twisted coat hanger wire with no nut & bolt.
Is there a special tool?

We have special converted pliers to aid fitting , but before getting them i used long bent nosed pliers did the job no prob’s there are a couple of eyelets to hook into takes a bit of skill but once you’ve cracked it, isnt so bad./

I have heard of one or two people ditching the original clip and using a Zanussi spring garter.
