hotpoint bwm12 smell

    hi guys can anyone help me wifes doing my head in lol got a realy bad smell from the washer when you open the door it emptys ok could there be a sock or somthin stuck in the drum also how do i get the door seal off sure theres somethin stuck thats giving the smell help please den 🙁

    Hi

    Have you done a maintenance wash at 90deg with a decent soap powder this needs to be done regular if usually you only do low temp washes.

    hi mike have done 90s wash bought some stuff to put in to clean it all smell still there what happens if a small sock gets stuck in drum thanks how do i get it out

    With great difficulty I’m afraid, this is one of the “new generation” of Merloni (Ariston/Indesit) sealed drums that can’t be seperated apart from the rear spider to replace the bearings.

    Engineer time to get one out if it’s stuck in there 😉
