    Water not draining from drum. Tried to remove the filter? on the bottom right hand side on the front to check, but can only get a quarter turn.
    This is enough to let me drain the machine, but I kind of assumed that I would be able to remove it completely. Am I wrong to assume? or is there a knack to it. Dont want to force anything.

    something is stuck in the filter that is why it wont remove fully, you would have to take the hose of the pump to get whatever is in it out it.
    plug out first.
