Hotpoint BWM129 w/m

Hi folks.

I hope some kind person can help me here…..

I need to verify the number for a door seal for this as yet unseen machine. ( Estate agents have bought a door seal and want me to fit it. Have they got the right one?). I have two part numbers 064545 and C00093345. Are these interchangeable?.
Is this an easy fit or PITA?.
Any pre visit tips as usual much appreciated.

C00064545 for that one. Built-in machine – complete s@d to fit; got that clip over tub band.
