    The main oven of our Hotpoint C367EWH cooker has stopped operating. The oven neon, light, fan or heating element does not work. I have checked the door switch and it appears to be ok, the contacts being closed when the door is opend. All other functions of the appliance work okay. Can anyone help please?

    Hi

    Check the clock is set to manual, if set to auto nothing works unless you set a start time and an end time.

    Thank you for replying. The oven is set to manual and not auto so still at a loss as to what is causing the problem.
