Hotpoint/Cannon installation failures

We have been getting a few failures recently on Hotpoint and Cannon new electric cooker installations where the insulation resistance readings are too low.

Even after powering up for a few minutes to dry out the elements does not always fix it. I know this is more install than repair related but i just wondered if anyone else out there was having similar trouble?

hi

there is a big failure rate on the cannon gas fsd’s at the moment and they dont even have any spares for it.

Ive had too exchange 4 in the past 3 weeks for john lewis group.customers waiting 8 weeks still no parts.
