power to machine and through surpressor ok also took off circuit board at back of facia to check button to on/off was making ok, and did test it manualy as well,?

if its a late model, the neutral to the board runs through the heater cut out

my moneys on that !!!

yes!! it was!! 😀 i was back there today as was fixing 2 dryers together in hairdressers, i did a power trace following power in and noticed the neutral went towards the back of the dryer, and there it was an open one shot.
