Have a Hotpoint Condenser Drier and have had the panels off, as the motor just hums and doesn’t turn the drum.

    Model is:- Hotpoint TDC32P Ser.No.24104761

Is it possible to change the motor, and where Could I buy a replacement from?

Are they difficult to change? As it seems to be attached to a plastic housing and has a long shaft which also drives the heater fan.Have a substantial tool-kit but are any special tools required?
Many thanks for any help. 8)

Look on the side of the capacitor for its rating, it will be either uF7 or uF8. Or less common uF7.5.

    Then go HERE
