    Hi , we have the hotpoint condenser drier ctd00, which is 18 months old I think.
    Recently when I have been drying clothes (even damp ones straight from the washing machine) the dryer has been drying them ok but the water container has collected NO water. I have cleaned the filters as far as I can see but the water must be going somewhere and I am concerned the machine may be faulty or even unsafe to use. please can anyone help?

    Yes there is a fault…the water has to go somewhere. There may be an internal leak which needs an engineer to investigate. This may not be serious.

    Have a look in Repairs@ for a local engineer.
