Hotpoint Condenser dryer making a noise

Been out to a dryer today (TCFS83B).

Customer says after it’s been on about 10 minutes or so it starts making a noise, but it carries on running and dries the clothes.

Checked it out, bearings all seem fine, no loose fans, pump is running, and the dryer ran fine for me on site.

Can’t see the video but I would guess on the pump causing the problem.

Probably the pump, I would ask if the noise continues when the drum stops turning during the reversal process. Had one the other day.
