hotpoint condenser not drying

hi i have checked all the usual suspects, even replaced a burnt out relay on the pcb, still no heat this machine is only about 3years old, could it be the stat on the front housing any help appreciated thanks john

have you got a model ?

assume you had wet clothes in when you tested as some wont heat if not

Hi Dave thanks for your response, this was a machine i sold and the customer complained of slow drying, a colleague of mine went to a job at the same customers and he said there was nothing wrong with it, thanks John

had plenty of customer move from vented to condensor and complain of slow drying
getting the same problem now as customers go heat pump
