I visited this dryer and quickly glanced at the error code list which suggests heating fault. I checked the stats including NTC which all checked out. Checked the elements which checked out.

Other source suggests condensing pump which could be faulty?

I am confused. The dryer did not produce heat until I took it apart to check the connections and it was producing heat when I left the property. Later on I got a call saying that the dryer is still showing e04.

    Any ideas?

I did check and it all working correctly even checked the ntc tolerance which is 100k at 25 deg. I checked the connections and all appears to be sound, I even tested each connector. Maybe there is a faulty connection by movement such as all is fine when I tested it then close it up which may have shifted the cable in a position to produce negative result?

but if you read it, it says “no rise in temp detected “

Its really only saying the heater is not turning on but does not really give a clue as to why

have you checked the board for relay solder problems ?
