Hotpoint cooker EW84P fault code F01

oven circulation fan was seized up so freed off and lubricated it now works fine on a separate test cable but clock lets me set time them before doing any thing else still shows F01 ant one have any ideas as I see the clock module is obsolete on connect is there a way of resetting?

cant find any info on this code. some later ones use F01 to mean relay short have you checked that ?
