Hotpoint Cred collection electric cooker tripping out help ?

well the cooker switches on fine it will let you turn everything on even the main oven, the problem is only with the main oven, when the temperature is regulated with the door shut its fine, open the door without the temperature it doesn’t trip out it fine but have the temperature on and open and shut the door the RCD trips out ? any help

Hi. Its more than likely the switch on the right hand side of the oven door burning out

It could do but only if thats whats wrong 😉
Have a look at the old one before you order a new one.

hello thanks for advice it totally cured the problem but i think i caused a new one, i push the cooker in the slot all the way back there are two metal brackets and i push it into them and the RCD trips out any help ?
