hotpoint ctd stats

hi i have twice replaced the stats kit ( white spot non gen ) on this only two years old within two months on this machine and the start cap seems to be working ok has anyone had trouble with the non gen kits failing thanks John

no not had any problems but not fitted any for a while

have you double check its the correct stat ?

you dont list model or commercial code otherwise i would check for tech notices

thanks Dave i used the white spot on most of these models with no problems i am hoping i have no more trouble and will monitor future use of non gen ones thanks john

hotpoint have been fitting different makes of elements on some models and you have different stats depending on parts fitted

they need to be the correct ones. a lot of the time the old stats have temperatures on them and you can check to see if what your fitting is correct
