    Customer is complaining that this unit cuts out after 5mins ot 10 mins or 15mins or even 20mins. Stood watching it go around for well over 1/2 hour and it worked ok.

    I can only suspect that it may be the door lock/relay (newer version) that may be going faulty as customer did say that it would try to restart on its own, run for a bit and then there would be a chatter sound like relay.

    Anyone had this before???

    door locks usual suspect, but id check the plug top/socket first

    Many thanks for advice. Have checked the dreaded plug/socket which are ok.
