Hotpoint CTD00 condensor dryer

Machine drum has dropped off the plastic pulleys. I believe these have been done away with and they have reverted back to the bearing pads that worked so well for many years.
Anyone know if part number 1703273 which is shown as the pulleys on Partfinder will actually get me the modification kit??

1703080 – shaft kit ver 4. You’re right. the pads now replace the 2 white wheels. (pullies)
When fitting the bearing pads do not fit one to the top left of the air duct/front drum support (when viewed from the back) modification number 999 to try and get them to work!!!!!! 😯 😯

However, if at all possible, try turning the pullies around… done this a few times….seems to have worked..

check shaft has not snapped or shaft has not been torn from back of drum…both common.

Also, might just need a couple of m8 washers between shaft and back of drier (modification number 327…….))

Also these MUST be on completely level and even surface!!

If a very early version might need all modifications ….
