Hotpoint CTD00P Capacitor?

My tumble drier will not rotate. Motor works ok on the bench. If I hand start the drum it seems to run ok. Guessing its the capacitor. Any support for this theory?

A very strong possibilty. Be sure to use correct rated replacement. Two different motors used on this model. One uses 7uf capacitor, the other an 8uf one.
