Hotpoint CTD00P fault

Hello all , anyone help with fault with Hotpoint CTD00

fault is woman has had it for 3 weeks , and been using it , but there has been no water going into the drawer ,

pump is work fine and heating ok , when I filled up the water chamber at back the water went into the drawer , just no water when dryer clothes

is duct clear and heat exchanger ok?

heat exchanger aka condenser I keep a thin piece of plastic for poking through and removing stubborn bits of fluff.

The drain channel at the back of the condenser housing often gets blocked.

You need to lie down on the floor and get your hand right to the back and clear any gunge in the channel that runs along the back, you also need to make sure the drain hole is clear from this channel into the float chamber.
