    Hello im new here I did a search but I think I already know the answer…

    Got a 3yr old Hotpoint CTD40G the following lights are flashing and it beeps once

    On/off (Fast)

    Time Delay (1st)
    Pre CreaseCare (2nd)
    Alarm (4th)

    F13 – Rear temperature sensor (NTC) is not working.

    The NTC is supplied as part of the thermostat kit to be found in the shop@ facility on the site. Note that there is choice of two kits, dependent of the serial number of your dryer.

    Power off if you intend to tackle this yourself.
