Hotpoint CTD40G T/dryer stat prices.

£21 for a stat pair sounds a bit steep.(1703607 and 1702791 or 1703608).
Does any one know of a less expensive option.

Yes a very inexpensive rememdy is to take some blue tac push it on to the face of the thermostat and gently pull till you here a click and this will have reset the stat

does this work with all the hotpoint/indesit cut outs ?? not heard of this before
