Hotpoint CTD80P

Hi Guys,
Ive read the threads on the above dryer,And all dont carry a mention of the mmm alleged fault code i was told the machine has, which was f01, however when turning the machine on , all im getting is a flickering lcd screen, the connection to it looks intact, and i presume the wires feed down to other panel on the side but as a quick guess , is the panel knackered [IMG2=JSON]{“data-align”:”none”,”data-size”:”full”,”src”:”https://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/forums/core/core/images/smilies/confused-smiley-013.gif”}[/IMG2]?

So i have it running , but I think the Snooker is ok, ill leave it till Monday

well have no info on CTD80 but on the CTD40 F01 is motor triac or motor relay short circuit
