None, apart from belt, thermostats, seals, drum bearings, float switches etc, etc, it pains me to say this as an ex Hotpoint engineer but there are far better quality dryers out there for not much more than you will pay for this. 😥

I’m afraid it’s cost engineering at its worst. The Indesit Company has taken the traditional Creda/Hotpoint dryers of recent years and re-engineered them down and down in order to reduce costs. They were never the greatest machines, but they have now gone from “simple and adequate” to “complex and unreliable”. Almost all the problems can be brought back to the products now being built on a plastic chassis, which has little rigidity. Everything shakes and rattles, ultimately working loose or dropping out of alignment.

Zanussi and Whirlpool are better. The mid price range Bosch driers are excellent, Miele is the business, but you pay. If budget really is a problem you should consider the White Knight machines. Pretty simple in most regards, but won’t have a particularly long life.
