Customer via phone says at the end of the cycle it beeps and theres still water left in , any ideas?

Well my guess is food debris blocking the plughole? Pump jammed? Drain coupling under sink blocked with chip fat?

What is the all important model number of this Italian stallion anyway? 😕

Didn’t ask her martin, only a phone call to find out, been so busy on the phone today sorting some personal stuff out i never asked her the mod, not like me at all, sooooo sidetracked today, will ring her later and ask before i go on wednesday, thing is she says it drains ok, but hey!! ya know the rules of never listening to a customers diagnosis of whats happening, most the time they get it wrong as u prob already know.
