    comes up with fault al05 which is circ pump
    run and tested machine and motor runs smooth and quiet
    apparantly only does it 1 out of 10 runs
    any ideas guys

    Could be similar to this one I had.

    D/W pump?

    The pump is routed through the main motor on certain models. If the motor overheats after heavy use or very hot washes the motor overload will trip and cut out the drain pump as well.

    On the one I had it always worked again when left overnight.

    that would make sense
    she said it was stuck full of water when the fault showed
    and even after clearing the fault it didn`t pump out
    but then worked fine when i got there and tried it
