Hotpoint DC27 won’t empty..

Hi all..my Hotpoint dc27 stops half way through any programme, it flashes the pre-wash and wash error lights, and does not drain. If I switch it off and re start it, it drains fine and starts a programme again, but again grinds to a halt half way through with the 2 lights flashing.Hotpoint say the 2 flashing lights indicate a drain/pump problem. Other half has chkd all drain hoses and pump for blockages but none seen….run out of ideas…..anyone ???

Has he actually removed the pump from the machine, the drain pumps on Indesit made dishwashers are very prone to jamming with small items of glass, chipped crockery, bones, wood, plastic, sweetcorn etc. The only way to be sure is to remove the pump and open it up.
