ParticipantHi All,
If you can solve this, then I’ll be impressed cos it’s taken 7 visits from Hotpoint to try and nail this one – without success.
I have a DC28P slimline DW. It fails in the same way each time, and fails on both Normal wash and Quick Wash. (options B and G).
It runs through the wash cycle fine, at the end it changes noises like it’s draining.
It then switches to RINSE (as indicated on the LEDs) and seems to be letting in new water. After about 2 mins it then reverts back to WASH and the wash LED flashes. The dishwasher then seems to pump out all water and stops with the WASH LED flashing. If I open the dishwasher it is hot inside and the plates seem pretty clean but I dont suppose theyve been rinsed.
Any ideas?
Cheers,

Counting from the left, which is the wash led ?
It’s indicating an error code.

Hi,
There are 4 green LEDs on the front marked (from the left):
PREWASH – WASH – RINSES – DRYING
Its the WASH that flashes, so it’s the second in from the left.

Which is a no fill error, that explains what Hotpoint have fitted anyway 😉
I would say the regen unit is the only option left apart from the pressure switch.
