    Hi


    I have A df41 hotpoint dishwasher with error 20

    which is temp under range

    not e11 which is heater time out

    any idea’s

    First thing to check is the state of the heating element and the t/stat and safety stats attached to it?

    If they are OK then the relay on the Power Module has burnt out I expect?

    Very rarely also, a fault in the wiring loom around the door hinge 😉

    Change the door mounted thermistor 169430 (yeah, same as the laundry machine one!) Its only cheap and works 8 out of 10 times for this fault. If not, probably the power board as Martin said.

    the Heater was Changed it this Machine 3 weeks ago for earth leakage fault
