programmer has 2 settings only, as soon as you select either programme
main pump kicks in, without pressing start button…only residual water in sump..it then just runs in this mode for ever according to client

any ideas most welcome

Its a Brandt made machine. you can access the control timer from behind the lower plinth, there is a torx slot on the end of the timer to allow it to be advanced.
