Hotpoint dishwasher

    Hi I have a H2O fault on a hotpoint dishwasher model number Fdef33121v serial number 310166977 the water valve is working and the air break turbine is spinning free and machine is filling with water then showing h20 fault I suspect wash pump motor any advice appreciated thanks in advance kai

    but are the pulses from the turbine good enough or is the wire broken from the turbine to the board

    if it were me I would check the wires then replace the reed switch. I use one from RS and solder them in

    Hi dave wires are good it doesn’t sound like the wash motor is syncing with drain pump when it starts when it starts turbine is running free and wires to it are ok

    the turbine may be free but the turbine has a magnet on it that passes a reed switch with every revolution. this sw allows the computer to count the water in. Due to age these do go faulty. most common on is in the bosch (impellor jug)

    still could be the timer but could just be a duff reed sw
