    no model as i havent been yet
    another company has been out to it for no heat and fitted a pcb
    apparently it is now stuck on a test cycle??????
    the customer says all the lights are flashing on and off
    now i presume this previous company cant have put a wire wrong as it is all blocks
    they have left the machine with the new part fitted f/o/c 😆
    and gave her money for the broken plinth 🙁 😥
    and gave her back the call out charge 😥 😳 😥
    they were there for 3 mornings before the customer told him to get out
    😳 😳 😳 😳 😳 😳 😳 😳 😳
    any help would be great before i call on thursday

    Oh this has the potential of being a real cracker of a job to take on? 😯

    Was it ‘Bodgit and Co’ that called and stuffed it right up I wonder? Broken plinth eh? So it’s an integated (Indesit in a frock) Hotpoint then? Blimey it gets worse……… :rolls:

    One thing to look for if they have changed the pcb is the test resistor that is clipped onto the board of some bit 100 timeers,if they havent changed this over it can give you a weird fault.

    Pretty sure ive had an open circ heater on at least one of these. I assume this was checked tho? unless you actually like grief i would move onto the next job, you just cant say what else has been disturbed, & last one to touch gets the phone call.. :rolls:
