hey hotpoint hf7130m d/w will not start water left in machine customer says that the programmer light usually flashes on what 1 you choose but the light is solid on now you can change the prog ok soon as u close the door 1 beep and nothing . any ideas thanks alan

You need to check that model number. 😉

No Hotpoint/Merloni machines appear to start with HF.

Have you dragged this machine (a BFI68) out Alan and checked the pump? Or removed the 2 black plastic inspection panels to see if the base tray is flooded? 😉
