    Hotpoint Dishwasher BFI62

    Has any body got the fault/error codes for the above appliance?
    This has 4 leds program lights that flash in top of door.

    This one has the 2nd from left flashing!

    b5uce in the Dishwasher Support Forum had same problem (03 Nov) and Simon46 reckoned it would suggest a problem with the water inlet system.

    Any help approached

    There you go:

    dishwasher fault codes with bit 100 timer(written on serial no)
    led1=overflow water in base
    led2=inlet valve
    led3=hermister
    led4=timeout heating
    1+2timeout draining
    2+3timeout filling
    1+3filters blocked
    1+4software error
    2+4heater
    3+4timer hardware

    A short circuit heater can cause an inlet valve fault error code

    It was an open circuit in the heater.
